6 Seat Stone Grey Rattan Reclining Dining Set 150cm Round

Six reclining chairs, one 150cm round table, and a much better way to sit outside. This set exists for people who’ve had enough of rigid garden chairs that feel fine for half an hour, then start punishing your back. Ours recline because that’s the whole point — you can sit upright to eat, lean back to read, and tilt further when the afternoon turns into a nap. Nobody ever falls asleep sitting bolt-upright.

The frame is powder-coated aluminium, and aluminium cannot rust, meaning you can leave this set outside all year round without the usual steel-frame headache. Steel corrodes from the inside out through joints and bolt holes where moisture gets in, so by the time rust shows externally, the internal structure is already weakened. This one uses UV-stabilised HDPE synthetic rattan in Stone Grey, not PVC rattan, which can crack, fade and become brittle after a couple of summers in UV. The table is topped with tempered safety glass too, which handles British temperature swings without cracking.

You get 6 reclining chairs, cushions included, and a 150cm round dining table at 74cm high — proper dining height, so you can actually eat outside rather than balancing a plate on your lap. Each chair measures 99cm high, 61cm wide and 69cm deep, giving you a generous seat with an adjustable back instead of a fixed upright position. The cushion covers are removable and machine washable at 30°C. All you need to do is wipe the frame and rattan down now and then, then store the cushions indoors when they’re not in use, because they’re not waterproof by design. That’s deliberate: waterproof cushions feel clammy, trap heat, and the coating tends to crack after a couple of summers in UV.
